By accessing or using Loggy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Loggy provides a cloud-based logging and monitoring platform that allows developers to collect, search, and analyze logs from their applications. The Service includes web-based dashboards, APIs, and SDK integrations for various programming languages.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API tokens that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password or tokens to any third party.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Store or transmit personally identifiable information without proper consent
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your log data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.
6. Subscription and Billing
Some aspects of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
7. Refund Policy
Loggy offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds are not available for partial months of service after the 14-day period has elapsed. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
8. Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
9. Data Retention
Log data retention periods vary based on your subscription plan. Free accounts retain logs for 7 days, Pro accounts for 30 days, and Team accounts for 365 days. After the retention period, logs are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Loggy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Loggy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
